1.  In Magiranger, the five orginal rangers were brother and sister. In Mystic Force they were not siblings.

2.  In Magiranger, the Magirangers are the children of Magi Mother. Magi Mother "dies' in the first episode. She returns in the end.  In Mystic Force only Nick is the son of Udonna. While Udonna is the counterpart of Magi Mother, she never  gets killed off. She just loses her powers in the initial episodes. She mentor's the team until she gets her powers back towards the end. She isn't revealed to be Nicks Mom until halfway through MF's run.

3. Clare's counterpart in Magiranger is really a goddess that got amnesia. She works in a similar capcity to Clare until this is revealed. In Mystic Force, Clare is the daughter of the Gatekeeper and Udonna's neice. She works as Udonna's aprentince. And breifly becomes the Gatekeeper herself.

4. The Snow Prince's Magiranger counterpart teaches the Magiranger how to use their special armor. In Mystic Force he just debuts to help Daggeron and Nick learn a lesson.

5.  Boukenyellow is actually a much more serious character then Chip is in Mystic Force.
